✓ RECORD ACADEMICO/ CONCEPTO DE PAGO 172-170 (IMPORTE DE S/. 15.00)
✓ CERTIFICADO DE ESTUDIOS/ CONCEPTO DE PAGO 172-104 (IMPORTE DE S/. 36.00)
Los pagos se realizan de Manera Presencial en el Banco Pichincha
2. Ingresar la solicitud por el Módulo de Atención de Trámite (MAT) (lo tramita el alumno)

CERTIFICADO DE ESTUDIOS POR SEMESTRE ACADÉMICO – POSGRADO
NOTA: EL FUT DEBE SER LLENADO CORRECTAMENTE CON TODOS LOS DATOS QUE ESTE REQUIERE EN LETRA IMPRENTA O EDITARLO ONLINE EN COLOR NEGRO O AZUL, TODO DOCUMENTO O REQUISITO DEBE SER ENVIADO EN FORMATO PDF.
